  1. This is so true! I certainly am not racist but I have felt resentment at being judged that way for being proud of British heritage and culture. Christianity has been the faith of Britains and British monarchy for centuries and our queen and head of state is christian but by trying not to offend other religions and cultures who are free to express their beliefs openly, any Christian beliefs have been toned down, dropped from school curriculums and neutralised so that Christmas is not Christmas but holiday season now. Why is it wrong to still call England a nation built on Christianity as we were and still respect other religions. Cant imagine many other countries such as those who have muslim, judaism, buddism, hinduism, catholic beliefs at the core even accepting and accomodating other beliefs as this country has let alone changing it and dropping it from schools, workplaces and making changes to religous festivals such as Diwali to make them multicultural! I wouldnt expect any country to do this nor would I expect another country to provide me with full healthcare, free housing, all state benefits and the same rights as their citizens on entry without ever having to contribute in any way or show any respect for their culture! Can you imagine the uproar if I then started preaching extremist views and hatred for that country and still being allowed to remain there!

  2. Your right, multi cultural Britain has failed! I am also not racist but I have recently had to move area to change my daughters school because she was in the minority being a white English speaking Christian, this was not about being racist but because her education was suffering due to many non English speaking pupils, also she was not learning anything about core British culture but was learning everything to do with other cultures by proxy, the school was operating to accomodate its majority, the muslim community so on their religious festivals when only a handful of pupils were in school her education was put on hold. St Georges Day when I took her out of school to mark it as a day of British heritage due to the school not seeing it as appropriate to mark the day, I was hit with a fine! Its great she has learned so much about other cultures but extremely sad she knows little of white British Christian culture or British history also not taught at that school where even the basic requirement to speak English was not necessary. Her experience being she was in the minority at her school in England and receiving an education designed to teach British muslims and non British speaking muslims with restrictions even being placed on what her packed lunch could and could not include! How can this be right in a British state run school, is this multi culture or multi culture except traditional British culture!
